Carlin De Paolo is a fourth-generation family-owned winery with exclusively estate-produced wines. The Name Carlin de Paolo comes from two of the winery’s great patriarchs: Carlin and Paolo, Grandfather, and great-grandfather, respectively.
Paolo was an indefatigable worker, bent from the hard work carried out in the vineyards for many years. But he was always joyful; with his fist clenched as a sign of determination he was always striding forward. Carlin de Paolo’s labels depict Paolo as a representation of their winemaking philosophy. They believe that the best ingredient of a wine is the honesty of the producer; with patched trousers and an open heart, the man on their labels represents a life of sacrifices, a deep love for family, and a connection to the soil. It is this honesty and passion for winemaking that comes across in their beautiful wines. Tasting a territory. Savor a story. Let yourself be infected by nature. Enjoy a wine. Living a gastronomic tradition. But also breathe the sounds of nature, toast, celebrate, celebrate life but above all beauty. A multifaceted territory, a land of art and culture, of extraordinary wines and a great food and wine tradition, for lovers of good food and unspoiled nature, suitable for outdoor activities and cultural holidays, capable of satisfying the eyes and palate. We are in Terre Alfieri, here where the wine landscapes of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato have been recognized as World Heritage Sites, a unique place to plan your next vacation, your relaxing break, an original team building or an experience with a authentic. |
