Helen & Joey wine Dinner at the American ClubWe were delighted to attend a private masterclass led by Meg, the winemaker and master of wine of Helen & Joey, a fresh Australian winery. This event occurred in the famous American Club Hong Kong. The whole event was accompanied by pleasant gourmet foods and a wine tasting from the winery. |

Wine Dinner With Cesare Coda Nunziante at Bombay DreamsIt's always a pleasure to receive our good friend Cesare from Azienda Colognole in Hong Kong. We had the chance to organize a wine dinner together with the top restaurant Bombay Dreams, where Cesare shared his knowledge and passion about the wines from Tuscany and his estate in Chianti Rùfina. It was a great evening for all of our attendees, where the delicious flavours of Indian cuisine met the tradition and elegance of Italian wines in a bold but extremely successful pairing.
