80% Chardonnay 20% Sauvignon Blanc.
  
A fresh, fruit driven wine displaying aromas of citrus and tropical fruits and some herbaceous notes. Typical Chardonnay flavours of melon and fig combine with the grassy and grapefruit flavours from the Sauvignon Blanc. The wine is crisp and refreshing, with a long clean finish.

Shiraz

100% Shiraz

Deep purple in colour, with an intense aroma of dark fruits and spice. With subtly integrated American Oak balanced with ripe plums and blackberries, this wine has excellent structure and length. Secondary aromas of chocolate and spice add intrigue and complexity to the wine with soft tannins creating a supple and smooth wine with impressive length.

100% Shiraz

A traditional Australian blend, this wine displays aromas and flavours of juicy black currants, pepper, and plums.  This wine complements grilled meats, tomato based pasta and Italian style dishes. 

Linteau

Appellation: AOC Côtes du Rhône-Villages

Varietals: 70%Grenache, 30% Syrah

Description: The “Linteau” wine comes from the southern part of the Rhône region, near the famous village of Châteauneuf-du-pape. In this region, the soil is chalky-clay  with minimal rainfall which boosts alcohol content. The Grenache cepage gives to the wine its structure, while Shiraz will add superb aromas to the wine. This is a real value-for-money product with a very constant quality throughout the vintages.

Character: A superb ruby color and a fruity  powerful nose. On the palate, this medium-bodied wine develops aromas of red fruits with well-rounded tannins and offers a pleasant finish.

Navarra - 13º - 3 month in oak barrel

Intense red color, well covered in aromas of black fruits and liquorice memories. In mouth, full volume of flavors with good sensations and well integrated sweet tannins are appraised. Good aftertaste with a long finish. 

Reinares Tempranillo

100% Tempranillo

This wine has a brick color, with a light orange around the edges. The smell is very earthy with a hint of pepper. The taste is very well balanced, smooth, and crisp. Starts with an earthy flavor, a hint of spice and herbs, and a slight sweetness that I can't quite place. Then finishes with a floral quality that is short lasting.

80% Tempranillo, 20% Merlot
8 month in American oak barrel
Produced with two of the main grapes in the Navarra region, this wine is aged 8 months in American oak.  There are complex and spicy notes with primary aromas dominating.  Very well structured which accompanies strong-tasting rich food, strong cheese, soup and red meat.

78% Merlot 
22% Cabernet Franc.  

Lovely blackcurrant and damson fruit flavours, with good structure and slight tannin.  This is wonderfully easy drinking Bordeaux rouge and serves as the perfect accompaniment to roasts, Shanghai red-cooked chicken, and strong cheeses.
